The grid of the F3 Asian Winter Series keeps growing as Miki Koyama joins the championship for the last round with B-Max Racing.

Japanese driver Miki Koyama is in for a busy year of racing. The 21 year old confirmed a couple of weeks ago that she will be in the Japanese F4 championship with SRS/Kochira. Last january she also made it to the last 28 contestants of the all new W Series, an F3-series for women.

Same car

The news that she will race in the last round of the F3 Asian Winter Series at Sepang means that she will get more F3 racing. The car is the same as the one that will be raced in the W Series.

Nervous

On her blog she comments on the news: “Thanks to many people for giving me the opportunity! I feel pleasant enough, but I feel more nervous about the first experience than that.”

Growing grid

The grid of the F3 Asian Winter Series seems to be growing. This week Joey Alders and Jamie Caroline were announced at BlackArts Racing.
