A big surprise for the last round of the Asian F3 Winter Series as Victor Martins and Christian Lundgaard join Pinnacle Motorsport.

Pinnacle Motorsport got a big boost with the arrival of Martins and Lundgaard. Earlier this week we brought the news that Miki Koyama was also joining the team for the last round of Asian F3 Winter Series. The trio join local hero Akash Nandy, who is fifth in the championship.

Victor Martins

Victor Martins competed in the Formula Renault Eurocup last year and scored wo wins finishing fifth in the championship. The 17-year old Frenchman also drove Formula Renault NEC last year and recorded one win and placed 12th in the final standings.

Christian Lundgaard

Christian Lundgaard also participated in both championships last year. In the Eurocup he recorded four wins and was crowned vice-champion. In NEC he won twice and finished just ahead of Martins in 11th. The 17-year old Dane debuted in GP3 and drove two races for MP Motorsport.

Welcoming Lundgaard, Martins and Koyama, the Asian F3 Winter Series says goodbye to David Schumacher, Dan Ticktum and Amaury Cordeel. Recently it was also announced that Joey Alders, Jamie Caroline (both BlackArts Racing) and Jack Doohan (Hitech Grand Prix) will join the series for the last round.
